															A Zoning Compliance Permit is required for the a variety of projects, below is a list of the most common. Please call the Zoning Administrator at Laketon Township prior to beginning any project to ensure you are in compliance with all regulations, have all the necessary approvals and are applying for the correct permit.
If anyone wants to divide or split parcels, change the boundaries of parcels or combine parcels, there is an application process. It is highly recommended to call and speak with the Zoning Administrator, prior to engaging in any of these processes to be advised of the State Land Division laws as well as Laketon Township Zoning Ordinance regulations that may apply and affect the decision to divide, combine or adjust parcel boundaries.
