From the Michigan State Police:
MSP Participates in National Drug Take Back Day
Spring is officially here! Now is the perfect time to clean out your house and medicine cabinets.
Saturday, April 27 is the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) “Drug Take Back Day,” and all 31 MSP posts will participate in the one-day ‘Take-Back’ effort.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. you can stop by to safely discard expired, unused and unwanted pills, which will be destroyed. No liquids, inhalers, patches or syringes are accepted.
If you can’t make it on Saturday, all MSP posts accept unwanted pills weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except holidays).
