This is a project of the Muskegon County Water Resources Commission:
Some concerns have been expressed by residents in the area – and we are happy to pass along the following information.
Per the Muskegon County Water Resources Commission:
1. The construction contractor has been in communication with the school bus garage during the entire project.
2. The road was not closed for the convenience of the residents and to minimize impact on school busing; but all road cuts were marked with traffic cones and cut edges were painted with high viz pink paint to alert drivers.
3. Paving of the removed portions is scheduled to be done today (04/25/2024)
