Horton Park is a small neighborhood park located on the sandy shore of Bear Lake.  It provides a picnic pavilion (which can be rented for larger gatherings) a playground, a swimming beach and access to the water for small crafts such as canoes, kayaks, paddleboards (SUPs), row boats and jet skis.  The water access is not suitable for boats on trailers.

Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard present.
