With the warm spring and summer season upon us – it is again the season for yard maintenance.
Unfortunately, it also brings with it reports/complaints from residents of the community about those that do not clean up leaves or mow their yards.
As a reminder, please be aware that the maintenance and upkeep of established yards (ie mowing of lawn areas, raking of leaves and removal of downed tree branches and brush) is required.
